Aswadan Ghee is a traditional Desi Cow Ghee brand based in Fulia, Nadia, West Bengal, founded and owned by Mouli Ghosh.

Our goal is simple — to bring authentic, traditionally prepared ghee to families who value purity, taste, quality, and the familiar flavour of homemade food.

Our Story

Rooted in the traditional food culture of Bengal, Aswadan was created with a focus on offering high-quality Desi Cow Ghee with the rich aroma, natural golden colour, and traditional taste that people associate with carefully prepared ghee.

Based in Fulia, Nadia, we manufacture and pack our ghee with attention to quality, cleanliness, consistency, and authentic preparation.

What We Make

Our primary product is Desi Cow Ghee, prepared from cow milk through a carefully controlled process.

The preparation includes:

Fresh Desi Cow Milk → Cream Separation → Slow Simmering → Pure Ghee

Slow preparation helps develop the natural aroma, golden colour, and characteristic texture of the ghee.
