Because Aswadan sells food products, change-of-mind returns of delivered/opened products are generally not accepted for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

11. ₹10,000 Purity & Quality Challenge

Aswadan may offer a voluntary ₹10,000 Purity & Quality Challenge under separately published terms and conditions.

Eligibility for reimbursement, replacement, refund or any additional reward under that programme is governed exclusively by the conditions stated on the relevant Quality Challenge page.

The challenge is an additional voluntary assurance offered by Aswadan and does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

A subjective difference in taste, aroma, colour or texture does not automatically constitute laboratory failure.

Any laboratory-based claim must satisfy the verification and testing requirements described in the Quality Challenge terms.

12. Customer-Submitted Content

Customers may voluntarily provide:

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Unboxing videos

  • Product feedback

  • Laboratory-testing documentation

Submission of material for complaint verification does not automatically grant Aswadan permission to publicly use identifiable customer material for advertising.

Aswadan may remove content containing spam, unlawful material, abusive content, private information or fraudulent representations.
